How you view it
Once your visa is approved, you view your immigration status through your online account. Where necessary, you can generate a code that proves your status and share it with a third party.
What you need to sign in
- The passport or identity document details registered to your account
- Your date of birth
- Access to the mobile number or email address you registered
- The security code sent to you when you sign in
Points to watch
If you have been issued a new passport or your contact details have changed, you must update your account information. If you can no longer access the email address or mobile number you registered, signing in itself can become difficult.

If your account details differ from the details in your actual passport, checks on arrival may be delayed. Please compare them once more before you travel.
